1. First you have to copy the code of whatever you are going to put in the text area. A good way to do so is right click > copy or Ctrl+C.

2. Then you have to put the text area tags in. Tags are commands that have a start and an end making some bold, or a heading, or text areas for this matter. You usally have to end a tag with /, so it doesn't go on forever. The following code is what you can put in a layout or something like it and put the code in between the tags for your liking.

< textarea > put all your code here </ textarea >

3. Get rid of the space in the text area tags and you should be good to go and don't forget to save your hard work!

4. You can also customize your text area with the following code:

You can change the colors using a color code site, also you can change the font family to any standard font such as times new roman, century gothic, along with others. The font size can also be changed to any size and also the width and height can be adjusted to best fit your needs.
